Surety Bonds

Falling under the category of a License Permit Surety Bond, a California Residential Home Care Facility Bond in the amount of $1,000, $2,000, or $3,000 is required to be filed with the State of California, as set forth in the Health and Safety Code, Section 1560 – 1565, for any person who handles money of the residents in a residential home care facility. This is a fixed rate which is determined by the size of the facility and applies to anyone who handles $50 or more per resident, or $500 or more for all residents per month.
